Inclusive Recovery Training: Anti-Racist Spaces of Belonging is a live, 4-part online training series from the SHE RECOVERS Foundation designed for recovery space-holders, facilitators, volunteers, and community leaders who want to cultivate more trauma-informed, equitable, and inclusive recovery communities. Rooted in an inclusive recovery ethos and informed by lived experience, the series explores how racism, colonialism, bias, identity, and systemic harm shape experiences of recovery and belonging. Through guided reflection, practical tools, dialogue, and real-world application, participants will deepen their capacity to co-create culturally responsive spaces centered in accountability, compassion, curiosity, and collective care. Facilitated by leaders in the women’s recovery movement, this training supports participants in building recovery spaces where people feel not only welcomed, but truly supported and seen.
